Geann Ferreira, owner of AMF Construction, came to the United States from Brazil at 16 and built his life and business through hard work, determination, and the grace of God.
With over two decades of construction experience and the mastery of three languages, Geann brings a deep understanding of the entire building process.
As a skilled tradesman and project manager, he oversees crews, checks quality, and ensures every part of the job meets the highest standards.
Brooke Ferreira
Design & Planning Specialist
Brooke Ferreira leads the design side of each project, working closely with clients to understand how they live and what they want their home to feel like.
She guides layouts, floor plans, and selections so every detail is fully customized.
Brooke simplifies decisions and keeps everything aligned, helping clients create a home that feels personal, functional, and thoughtfully put together.
Tyler Allen
Project Manager
Tyler graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science.
Over the past 10 years, he has interned and worked part-time with AMF, gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry. He now joins the team full-time, bringing five years of commercial construction experience.
Tyler is committed to ensuring every project meets the highest standards.
Alyssa Chavez
Marketing Manager & Design Assistant
Alyssa graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a BBA in Marketing.
She joined the team to lead our social media efforts, manage project documentation, and support communications and design.
Katie Brewer
Office Manager
Katie supports the daily operations of AMF Construction by keeping projects, client communications, and administrative tasks organized.
She manages project documentation, scheduling, contracts, invoices, vendor accounts, and bookkeeping support while assisting with change orders, finish schedules, and project tracking.
Her attention to detail helps keep every project running smoothly from start to finish.
